The school follows the syllabus of the All India Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education. Senior Secondary has Commerce and Science streams with the combinations of Hindi, Computers, Economics, Mathematics, and Physical Health Education as optional subjects. The medium of communication is English. Hindi is also given importance. Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, are also the part of curriculum.

DISCIPLINE AND ATTENDANCE

1. As per CBSE guidelines, a minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear in the Final/Board examination. Parents/guardians are requested to keep track of their ward’s attendance in classes.
2. The attendance will be counted till 31st January for class X & XII and 15th February for class I to IX & XI. If the student falls short of the minimum attendance requirements, he/she will not be permitted to appear in the Final/Board Exam.
3. It is compulsory for the student to attend Parents-Teacher meeting along with his / her parents in school uniform, otherwise he/she will not be allowed to enter the school premises. In case of absence of anyone, absent will be marked for the day against the name of the student.
4. Students must come to school in neatly laundered uniform and polished shoes. The hair should be trimmed and the nails must be cut regularly. Girls with long hair should make plaits. Skirts should be worn knee length. For Sikh students only black coloured Patkas are allowed. Heavy/designer/sharp kadas are not allowed. If found defaulters for the same, the student will be sent back.
5. Tattoos of any type and coloured hair or streaks are strictly banned for students.
6. Respect for school property and school belongings is an absolute must.
7. Students must arrive on time for school. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the school premises.
8. Students should attend classes regularly. If a student takes a leave, he/she is supposed to bring an application the next day stating the reason for his/her absence duly signed by his/her parents.
9. The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying. Any form of bullying, including physical harm, verbal abuse, social exclusion and cyberbullying, is strictly prohibited. Severe action will be taken against any student found guilty of bullying.
10. The students are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior, treating teachers, staff and fellow students with respect, kindness and dignity.They must use polite language and refrain from using foul or abusive language. Failure to comply with this expectation will result in disciplinary action.
11. Students (in school uniform) are not allowed to drive car or ride bike. If caught, he/she will be penalized.
12. Triple riding on scooty is banned. Riding scooty without license or without wearing helmet is banned. If caught, the student will be penalized.
13. Incase any student brings phone, iPods, smart watches or any sort of electrical gadgets in school and is caught, a fine of Rs. 1000/- shall be taken, if he wishes to get the gadget back. The fine will be given to the class teacher to give a treat/gift to the class.
14. No lunch boxes will be collected at school counter. School management is not responsible to deliver lunch boxes to students. Parents are requested to provide lunch to their wards while coming to school.
15. It is forbidden to write or scribble on walls or desks.
16.  Medical leave in any case will be treated as absent.
17.  A student will be licensed to disciplinary action for violation of the rules of discipline, irregular attendance, habitual illness, use of indecent language, damage to school property etc.
18.  Students should not wear any costly jewellery or bring any expensive items to school. The management will not be responsible for the loss of such property.
19. Parents must undertake the responsibility of paying the total fee in 8 installments in due time.
20. Parents are requested to visit the school in decent outfits.

PROMOTIONS
  1. Promotion is granted on the basis of whole year's performance of the pupil.
  2. Minimum passing grade in each subject is D (i.e. 40% upto class VIII & 33% for class IX onwards).
  3. If a child is absent in any tests/Term I/Term II examination on any grounds, he/she forfeits the marks completely in the subject.
  4. A student who fails may repeat the same class. In case a child fails twice in the class will under no circumstances be permitted to return to school.
  5. The parents of the student should attend all the Parents Teacher meeting held from time to time to discuss the progress of their wards.
